"Confident and Comfortable"
The two “C’s” that I have discovered in my time at CrossFit Elevation.

I started at CrossFit Elevation with the perspective that I did not want to lift too much weight and become “bulky”.  With each passing workout, I started to wish and want to become stronger, better, more skilled, and more athletic.  A beautiful consequence to all of that was the muscle my body developed, newfound body awareness, and body tone when I previously had none.  The biggest and most important change was how I became more confident and comfortable with my own body. This is my body to feed, to feel good in, and to love with. I would have never thought about taking the picture below if you asked me a year ago. Today, I am confident and comfortable with myself.
