Can you believe it's almost October!? Don't forget that starting tomorrow, October 1st, we are asking that everyone RSVPs for WODs ahead of time. Classes will be capped at 10 athletes, but you will be able to sign in several days in advance, so make sure that you are on top of it!

Here are some answers to a few of the more common questions that have been coming up. If you have other questions about this new process, please don't hesitate to ask any coach for help.

I'm not sure that I have a ZenPlanner account. How do I create one?
Every athlete at CrossFit Elevation already has a ZenPlanner account. If you aren't sure what your login information is, go to and click on the WOD that you want to register for. When it prompts you to sign in, enter the email address where you receive communication from CF Elevation--this is the email that we have in the system--and click the "Forgot Your Password?" button to reset your password. 

If I RSVP online, do I still have to sign in when I get to the gym?
Yes! An RSVP is just a reservation. Your attendance will not be logged and the class will not count towards your membership until you sign in at the kiosk in the gym. If you RSVP but forget to sign in (or don't attend), it will count as a "No-Show."

What if I decide that I don't want to attend a WOD I've RSVP'd for?
Please go onto ZenPlanner as soon as you can to un-reserve your spot. This will open up spaces for anyone who might be on the waitlist. That being said, please be courteous when it comes to making last-minute decisions for popular WOD times... If you don't sign out of a class until 10 minutes before it's about to start, it will be pretty tough for someone off the waitlist to be able to take advantage of your spot.  

What happens if the WOD I want to attend is full?
Add yourself to the waitlist. If someone who is in the class cancels their reservation, ZenPlanner will automatically send you an email to let you know that you've been pushed into the class. 

What if I show up to a WOD that I didn't RSVP for?
If the class already has 10 people in it, you will not be able to participate. If there is space, you may be able to jump in, at the coach's discretion. However, please try to avoid this scenario as much as possible, as it will mess up our whole new system!

A few other quick notes: 
If you want to attend the 5AM Dawn Patrol WODs, you are required to sign in by 10pm the night before, and please do not cannot cancel your reservation after 10pm unless there is an extreme circumstance.
