A big shout out to all our September PRs! Kristin and Haylee beat their 1 RM in the deadlift, Jason got his first HSPU, and Kylee climbed that rope like never nothing!!!

Finally, we made some small tweaks to the new schedule that we'll post on Monday. Just working out a couple glitches with balancing barbell club with the workouts. We'll get it all straightened out for you this weekend!
