Workout for the Day - 12/12-2011

Do you have an extra 5-10 minutes, because you cam early? Hit that foam roller!

1. Practice Double-Unders for 5 minutes. Think about your posture.

2. Back Squat - 5 sets of 3

3. Conditioning:

5-135# SDHP
10-Ring Dips
5-135# Thrusters
