Changing things up a bit today. We'll start out with a fun warm up and maybe work on a little bit of skill then right into the WOD.

For this WOD you will complete all three sets of each movement in a row, resting in between sets. You will take a break in-between the row and run for roughly 5 minutes. The goal here again is CONSISTENCY! With only 1 minute of rest you should be able to average within +/- five seconds on each set.

The score will be time on runs and rows, we want to see close times all the way through.
