 2 people complete AMRAP 1
and 2 people complete AMRAP 2
-then-
1 mile run together
-then-
partners complete AMRAP they did not do prior to 1 mile run
-then-
2000 meter row switching on the :30

AMRAP 1:
7 minutes AMRAP:
10 burpees
10 deadlifts (185/125)
10 pull ups 

AMRAP 2:
7 min AMRAP
10 burpees
10 goblet squats (53/35)
10 push ups
