Workout of the DayStrength: Spend Ten Minutes working up to the longest set of pistols that you can manage on each leg. It will probably be uneven.

Metcon (Metabolic Conditioning) 4 Rounds: Run 400m Max time handstand hold 15 box jumps

Try and hold your time steady for each round. rest 1 minute in between rounds.



These are delicious and a cheap, easy, "done" source of quality lean protein. Every grocery store has these.  You can use them on salads, in a chicken salad with mayonnaise or avocado, or on a plate. They are roughly $5 and will get you several meals. This is likely your best easiest option if you are out and about and meal-less.
