AMRAP 30 Min

In Teams of 3:

7 Deadlift (155/105)
5 Hang Power Cleans (155/105)
3 Shoulder to overhead (155/105)

– Partner A performs all 3 movements, then moves to a farmer’s carry hold with kettlebells (53/35) while Partner B works. Partner C rests. Cycle through to accumulate as many rounds as possible.
Once all partners complete a round 400m run together.
