Our people! Hot Lunch is back! Starting Monday March 13th, CFE will offer an express workout at noon, meaning 30 min of a warm up and wod for those who have to jam back to work, followed by the day's programmed strength or gymnastics training for those who can stick around the rest of the hour. We will only offer this class Monday, Wednesday, and Friday to start, as we may have another program starting soon on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
