It's not all pies and turkey this week. A fellow gym owner was shot and killed during a robbery of his gym in Toledo. We'll be performing this workout on Saturday in his honor. Get in and burn off some pie. But more importantly, keep your loved ones close and tell them you love them. Life ends quickly and without warning. Rest in peace, Joe Lengel.
