This Saturday, we invite you, your friends, your family to our Charity WOD for Michael and Desiree, long-time friends and supporters of CrossFit Elevation. After coming through some extraordinary challenges, Michael and Desiree seek to rebuild, and we'd like to lend a helping hand. Donations are appreciated, but by no means expected. Please join us for a 9 a.m. and 10 a.m. all levels CrossFit workout this Saturday, the 19th.

4 x 6 Sumo stance deadlifts (build over 4 sets)
*After each set complete a triple broad jump

Every 2 minutes for 16 minutes:
1: 150m Row sprint
2: 1 minute ME Wall balls 20/14#
