Front Range CrossFit will be hosting an olympic weightlifting meet this weekend, October 22 and 23, details about which can be found here. Come out to support Coach Tranimal and Coach GQ, as they fight for podium.

5 x 2 Pause front squat (3 second pause in bottom) at 85% of 1RM
After each set: 20 second L-sit hold
