Hey guys! Ok, first thing's first: It's supposed to be in the high 80's today, so I know I can sound like a broken record, but don't forget to DRINK WATER and BRING A WATER BOTTLE today! We will be running outside, and it drives me nuts when I see people losing momentum in a WOD because they are walking all the way to the other side of the room just to get a drink of water in the middle of a workout. Ok, rant over.

Now, onto some style tips for today's WOD, coming to you from Chris Spealler and Matt Chan. In this 5-ish minute long video (aka, you totally have time to watch this), Chris and Matt go over some efficiency tips for the kipping handstand push-up.  Just like with the kipping pull-up, a good kip for the HSPU requires technique that you will have to work on; even if you're strong enough to do 100 strict HSPU, that doesn't mean you will automatically be able to kip. So even if you are still learning the HSPU, some of these tips will be helpful for you to start thinking about now.
