New to CrossFit?
Welcome to our Base Camp classes! Base Camp is scaled to any fitness level and designed to teach the fundamental movements of CrossFit. In Base Camp, we slow down the pace to ensure the athlete's safety and enjoyment of the CrossFit experience. Progression to regularly programmed workouts is a collaborative decision between the coach and athlete, dependent upon the athlete's confidence and comprehension of the nine foundational movements. 

Transferring from another CrossFit affiliate?
Welcome! We're thrilled to have you. If you have CrossFit experience, there are no prerequisites to train with us, though we invite you to try us out with a free workout before you register.

No long-term contracts!
We offer multiple membership options to fit the diverse needs of our community. Memberships can be canceled at any time after your first three months provided we have 30 days notice in advance of your next billing date. We believe in our community, programming, and coaching and trust that our new athletes will quickly share our position.

Punch Card Options

Punch Cards can be purchased directly through our site and be used immediately. We require a minimum of 6-months of CrossFit experience in order to purchase these options. You will have 6-months from date of purchase to use your classes.


Personal Training

For athletes who would like to work on a particular skill or individualize a training plan, we offer 30-minute and 60-minute private sessions. This is an opportunity to train the skills used in CrossFit:

  • Basic weightlifting (squat, deadlift, press, etc.)
  • Olympic Weightlifting (Snatch + Clean & Jerk)
  • Basic gymnastics (handstands, pullups, muscle ups)
  • Running, rowing, jump rope technique
  • Nutrition planning and accountability

Open Gym

We require a minimum of 6-months of CrossFit experience in order to purchase open gym hours.
