June is already half way over, and that means 2014 is basically half over.  The reason I bring this up is that I am sure that all of you are still going strong with your New Years Resolutions that you were so quick to make, right?  Right???  Don't you lie to me.

If you have teetered from your goals, then its time to take a moment and think about what you want to get out of your time spent in the gym.  Whether it is to lose a couple pounds, you are training for a race, or you are wanting to grow a better beard than Jeff, it is important to have those goals defined and set. 

I am sure a lot of you have noticed the wall walking into the gym.  That's an awesome place to write down some of your goals.  Why do you want to write them there?  So you can see them every time you are in the gym!  I know I need reminded sometimes.  Some people may even have some common goals as you.  We are all here to support each other.

 However, the downside is that it seems to not have been updated by some people in a while.  So what I want to challenge you over the next several days is to think of some goals that you want to work for, and get them up there.
