ANNOUNCEMENTS

  • Games Open WOD 14.2 and Onward. 

For the next four weeks, we will continue to have the main time to run through the WOD as Friday evenings 530pm on; however, if you want to have your first go at the Open WODs Thursday, 7pm will be the first time available to do the WOD. 

  • Bootcamp 

We now are offering Bootcamp 3 times a week with Becca and Deidre! If you or someone else you know is interested in trying out bootcamp, classes run Monday and Wednesday @ 7pm and Saturdays at 11am. They're fun, non-stop action, and a great way to get in shape. Just let any of us know if you're interested.
