We have some important schedule changes to announce. We heard you loud and clear in response to our morning class survey. And as a result of our first successful Boot Camp program, we'll now have permanent weekly Boot Camp offerings.

Here's the schedule changes:

Starting immediately

  • Boot Camp classes are now every Monday and Wednesday at 7:00pm and Saturdays at 11:00am, instructed by either Becca or Deidre.
  • Yoga is back on Tuesday's at 7:00pm! Becca and Deidre will switch off instructing duties.
  • No more Open Gym at 2:00pm. Please coordinate with a Coach who may be in the gym on their own time if you'd like to come in.

Starting Monday, March 10th

  • 7:00am class will be eliminated in favor of only a 6:00am class Monday-Friday.

Be sure to welcome our new Boot Camp members when you see them. They also might be dropping into a CrossFit class once a week as part of their membership plans as well! You'll also be seeing some new faces from our friends at Phoenix Multisport who will be taking advantage of our 6:00am morning class.
