The Performance Menu is a CrossFit/Strength and Conditioning magazine from some of the original generation of CrossFit Trainers-  guys that the trainers here at Elevation learn from. Here's a link to some free Paleo/Zone recipes from their 2-Volume cookbook. They are all broken out into servings and blocks, making it super simple. I can highly recommend them and the cookbook they come from.
