In today's WOD we'll be doing a total of 24 power snatches. The critical points of focus here is pulling the bar into your hip pocket, explosive hips to drive the bar upward, quickly dipping under the bar, locking your arms out pushing against the bar. Don't neglect to stand all the way up to finish the movement before starting to lower the bar for your next rep.
