Don't you guys love when there's built in rest in our WOD's? I know I do! I love the intensity that you have when you don't have the leisure of resting when you feel like it during normal timed workouts. When you have built in rest it's critical to stay focused on intensity and controlling your breathing. Think to yourself, "It's just 3 minutes, I can keep moving. I have 3 minutes of rest after this, there's no reason to rest now." More of a mental push then it is physical, keep that in mind. Establish that first round, potentially meet or exceed the first round in the second, and definitely use the third round to attempt to beat your first round score, even if it's only by one rep!
