Tomorrow is the big day, our 2016 In-House CrossFit Competition! Festivities begin at 9:00 a.m. sharp with the Awards Ceremony concluding the competition at 1:00 p.m. As a reminder, both 9:00 and 10:00 am WODs are cancelled to hold this competition.

5 rounds
25 Overhead plate lunges 15/10#
5 Push jerks 135/95#
2 Pull-ups

10:30 a.m. Workout II:
