That's right y'all it'll be a test week. Get pumped to lift some heavy weight and hit some new PR's. The following week we will be starting a Wendler 5/3/1 cycle. Here is a breakdown of what this cycle is all about. We will however not be doing all 4 lifts. You will choose two lifts (preferred an upper and lower body) and complete these every week for 4 weeks. Once that 4 weeks is up we will start the cycle over again. After the 8 weeks we will have another testing week. Get psyched people!!
