A reminder that starting today and for every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from here on out we will be offering Open Gym times:

Tuesday: 7-10 am / 11-12pm
Wednesday: 7-10 am / 11-12pm
Thursday: 7-10 am / 11-12pm

Any athlete on a current membership on auto-pay has the ability to come in during these times and work on anything they'd like. Great time to come in for some extra credit, work on those double-unders, perform accessory movements to help you get stronger for Olympic weightlifting, etc. Sky's the limit!
