Starting next Wednesday, July 29th we'll be offering a second Barbell Club class at 10:00 am with Joaquin. This is a great chance for those who can't or don't make it in to Sunday's BBC to work on solely improving their Olympic Weightlifting and Powerlifting movements with a strong focus on technique and working on strength. Also being added are Open Gym times from 7:00 am to 10:00 am and 11:00 am to 12:00 pm. Awesome right?! Enjoy!
