Workout of the DayStrength: Turkish Get-Up

Metcon: Bear Complex 7 sets of the sequence 1 Power clean 1 Front Squat 1 Thruster 1 back squat 1 Behind the Back push press/Jerk

5 rounds. Rest 2 minutes in between rounds. Try to add some weight each round. This is for max weight of the whole complex. Rules: -No resting on the ground - bar stays in your hands the whole time. Rest in any position while still holding the bar - this isnt for time. -Stand the movement up before the next one - stand up that power clean before you thruster it. -Watch the video for a clearer idea.
