We'd like to update you on some gym policy enforcements and changes to our Saturday schedule.

 

Gym RSVP & Check-In Policy Enforcement

Due to many of our popular classes having 10+ athletes and causing chaos at times, not only for the Coach on duty but the safety and benefit of all of you, we must enforce a 10 athlete cap for all classes. Use our member connect website or the Zen Planner Member App to reserve your spot in each class you want to attend ahead of time. The cut off time is 1-hour prior to class time, after that, you will be put on a reserve list and will be notified if anyone cancels their RSVP and a spot opens up. RSVP'd athletes will be prioritized and others who are on time for class to begin if the 10 cap RSVP limit was not met yet. Be sure to check-in using the kiosk app before class. If you are having issues logging in, use the "Forgot password" link to reset it, or contact a staff member to have it reset for you.

For those who miss their window to reserve a spot in class, we hate to turn anyone away, so we cooked up some alternatives for you. It may not be anyone's faaaaaavorite thing, but we are committed to guiding our community toward the path to wellness, longevity of health, and exceptional fitness. You know, burpees. Of course you have the option to RSVP for the next class available that day to get the proper WOD in.

Not only do we want to provide you with the best service and safety, class reservations help us determine the needs of our Elevation family. If we need to add classes or change the dynamic of existing classes, our ability to track RSVP and attendance trends helps us enrich your experience at Elevation. Help us serve you, and RSVP for all classes!

 

Saturday Schedule Change

The 11:00 am BaseCamp is closing shop due to overall poor attendance. However, the programming for Saturday's 9:00 am and 10:00 am WODs will now accommodate athletes of all levels! With classes being capped at 10 athletes, we wish for every athlete to receive the instruction, space, and equipment they need. That being said, we understand the 10:00 am is a popular class. To accommodate all our athletes, Saturday's schedule will change to as follows:

9:00 am - Individual WOD
10:00 am - Partner WOD (if class size exceeds 10 person capacity)
11:00 am - 1:00 pm - Comp Class for Girls Gone RX competitors
