It is going to get warm today, so please make sure you are hydrating THROUGHOUT the day (not just right before/when you get to the gym) so that you don't burn out during tonight's WOD. 

Also, don't forget that there is NO YOGA tonight--but if you are a lady who is interested in competing at Girls Gone Rx in September, make sure to drop by the informational meeting tonight at 7pm to learn what the competition is all about and form some teams!
