The weather in Denver is really heating up, which means we're going to start reminding everyone about the importance of staying hydrated! Remember, if you're thirsty it's already too late. Don't find yourself caught at the end of the day not having had any water--by then you can't really "catch up". Not staying hydrated on these extra hot days can lead to headaches, muscle cramps or even heat stroke. So get a big water bottle, throw in some cucumbers and lemon if you need to, and drink up!
