Today wraps up the end of another test week, which can mean only one girl will have your heart--Fran! During test weeks like this one, it is especially important to record PRs and workout times. We don't simply write our names on the board for the fun, competitive aspect of it; we do it to measure our results and see tangible proof when we get better. So check your previous Fran time, give it your all, and write it down again.

*Spend this time working on your weaknesses. No maxing out, but if you need to practice snatches, handstand push-ups, double unders, kipping, etc. do so. Utilize not just the Saturday AM coach, but the extra coaches that tends to be around after the staff meeting.
