Great news Elevation Nation! We are introducing a new Prehab Rehab Class on Mondays starting tomorrow and our regular 30-minute Mobility class has moved to Thursdays. The new class schedule is:

Prehab Rehab - Mondays at 7:30 pm - Whether you are recovering from an injury or seeking improved range of motion, CrossFit Prehab, Rehab will provide the structure and discipline you need to become the “Supple Leopard” nature designed you to be. The first mobility class of the week, Monday night, will give our athletes an opportunity to request specific attention to the aches and pains that tend to accompany an active lifestyle. Homework will be assigned!

Mobility - Thursdays at 7:30 pm - This class will follow a programmed cycle for a more comprehensive education of mobility fitness.

We will run the Thursday Mobility class at 7:30 pm for the next four weeks. Depending on attendance of the Thursday 6:30 pm WODs,this may be subject to replace the 6:30 pm. Interest and attendance (although you do not have to check-in for these two classes - it will use on of your visits, Whitney will track manually) will determine any future changes.

We hope you utilize these class times to get in that extra mobility and range of motion. We'll be providing more weekly mobility homework and suggestions through the upcoming weeks as well. Thank you!
