He's the master of running technique, for sure. It really is amazing when you realize how much technique there is to running, and yet everyone just thinks that to get better you run more and faster and longer. That's equivalent to telling someone looking to improve the accent with which they speak a foreign language that they just need to speak more, and faster, and longer, and their accent will just disappear.
That's ridiculous - if you want to say the words right, you have to learn to say the words right, period. I'm really looking forward to going to this cert in September.
