3 rounds of: 10 deadlifts, 135 lbs (95 lbs) 10 ball slams, 45 lbs (30 lbs) 10 ring dips

As you can see - the daily load is getting pretty dense timewise, but it will really pay off in terms of all-around development. Please make sure to come on time and get going on the warmup straight away.
