There's 3 more weeks left of the CrossFit Open and everyone has been doing an amazing job tackling these intense workouts. As you know, we reserve our Friday Night Light class times for everyone to get a chance to complete the Open workout announced each week. For the remaining 3 weeks of the Open, expect the Sunday 9:00 am class to be a repeat of the Open workout for those who can't make it on Friday evenings and need/want to get their scores submitted by the Monday cut off time. We'll have staff on hand to properly judge those who are registered for the Open. We will not be splitting the class into two different workouts. If you come to Sunday 9:00 am expect to complete that week's Open workout for your first or even second time, if you dare.
