Don't be like me from the last rope climb WOD, remember to wear tall socks. The above photo shows the proper rope climb technique. Work on making that lock in between the forefoot of the top foot and the top of the bottom foot by driving the former into the latter. Think of the rope climb in the same way as you do the rower - driven by the legs and assisted by the arms.
