Name - Nick Arnott Age - 28 Occupation - QA Engineer (I play with apps all day) How long have you been training here? A little more than two years How did you get started in CF? My wife, Gemma, was interested. Despite my interest in avoiding anything that was even close to something resembling exercise, I decided to check it out. Favorite workout? Anything without running. Least Favorite workout? Anything with running. Favorite movement? Rope climbs Least favorite movement? That thing we have to do outside where we quickly place one foot in front of the other, in an attempt to take the longest possible path to go from one door back into the exact same door. Biggest accomplishment here? Still showing up over two years later Hardest thing you have learned here? Technique wise, a proper snatch. Favorite nutritional tip? Does marrying Gemma count? Favorite healthy recipe or meal? Hot link. Duh. Most helpful recovery tip? I don't know how I ever lived without a foam roller and lacrosse ball. Advice for beginners? Make a schedule and stick to it. Once I break my schedule, it can be very hard to get back into it.
