With the 2016 CrossFit Open starting tomorrow evening, we will be reserving our Friday Night Lights 4:30 pm and 5:30 pm classes for the next five weeks as your chance to complete each newly announced Open Workout.

This is an opportunity to put your skills and mental fortitude to the test and cheer each other on. A brutal, albeit fun way to start your weekend. Right? Do you foresee yourself having a CrossFit "first" moment? First double-under? First muscle-up? First Rx workout? The sky's the limit!
