You may have noticed the past couple of week the coaches have been talking a lot about the Whole Life Challenge. We tell you how beneficial this will be and you will see results. Sometimes it becomes like a broken record so you just need a fresh voice. So here are some actual testimonials from a couple of our athletes who had the opportunity to participate in the previous Whole Life Challenge.

“Then, we started the Whole Life Challenge. I made the commitment to myself and to the CFE community that, in retrospect, I wish I had made when I started. I started coming three or more times a week. I started eating right. I showed up to the non-workout events (yes, we do those too!). I put in the work outside the gym on mobility and active recovery so that I could do my best in the gym. I actively worked to engage in the Elevation community. It was 57 days of no sugar, no alcohol, no grains, no dairy, working out each day. Did I cheat during that 57 days? Yes, but I tried to cheat only once each week. The challenge taught me that little changes each week can give you big results. I have learned that sugar is in EVERYTHING and learned that a spaghetti squash can really act as faux noodles. The challenge was tough but so rewarding. I am proud to say that I lost 20 lbs and 16 inches in 57 days.”
