I'd never ask anyone to do a workout that I wouldn't do. Saturday's Wash Park workout was no exception. It was :
100m hill sprint, 5 burpees, sprint back down 10 pushups 100m hill sprint, 5 burpees, sprint back down 20 air squats 100m hill sprint, 5 burpees, sprint back down 10 pullups.
The girls did 3 attempts, with roughly 3 minutes rest. I must give them credit, as they actually improved on their first round time in round 3 - Way to push it!
It was then decided that I had to do at least one round to see how it was. I did so, with no warm up, and trounced their time whilst doing real pullups. However, I died immediately afterwards and was thus unable to do rounds 2 or 3. (i've always had asthma and taking off at a dead sprint with no warmup is the best way i know to bring it on) It was really hard. Luckily we went and ate trout and eggs at Devil's Food afterwards which brought me back. They made me promise to post the above picture.
