-200M run as soon as soon as teammate #1 completes teammate #2 starts the run. - 20 Burpees - 10 goblet squats - 15 Burpees - 15 goblet squats - 300 single unders - 10 burpees - 20 goblet squats Finish with a 200M run.

Note: Only one partner can work at a time.
