Strength: 2 High Bar Back Squats @60% of 1RM Back Squat, EMOM for Ten Minutes. Notes: Emphasis should be on speed and form should be flawless.

Then... 3 rounds for time of: 10 Deadlifts @ 225/155# 50 Double-Unders

 This is an open question for everyone at Elevation Nation. What is it that drives you? To the 6AM class, what is it that gets you out of bed that early? Or to anyone at the evening classes, how do you get motivated to go all out after finishing work? I know every coach here is striving to be the best, attacking what we are weak at and and staying on top of our strengths. It helps to keep an eye on what your goals are.  Post some ideas to the comments here - get your teammates thinking about it. When you meet up with your personal coach, take a look at the goals you filled out at the start of your journey. Haven't done it? Get some goals down on paper it makes a HUGE difference.
