Mark Sisson runs a great site/company/community called Mark's Daily Apple and wrote a great book called The Primal Blueprint.  (He uses the word Primal where I might use Paleo).  

Here is an awesome article about the failure of eating lots of carbs and the need to move away from this paradigm altogether.

I'd love to hear your thoughts. For those of you that are not eating this way, how does it sound? For those of you that are, does it ring true for your experience?
