Why don't we ever post rest days?
Because your rest days are up to you! The general CrossFit prescription is 3 days on and one day off. So not everyone's rest day is the same. In addition, you can always take an extra day off if you're sore, or work in an extra day if you feel stressed or fresh. Your days off are up to you- we're here for you 7 days a week!
