Speaking of goals, let's get back on track after the holidays with a return to our Goals Meetings. Coach Joaquin and Whitney have redesigned the structure of the Goals Meetings to optimize their time with you and maximize the results of your efforts.

Here's how it'll work: you sign up for a meeting with your primary coach (the coach you see most often who is most familiar with your progress and challenges)--the sign up sheet is located on the stereo--and your coach will contact you to set up a meeting time. Allow us 15-30 minutes to discuss where you'd like to see yourself in 3, 6, 12 months from now; evaluate your progress and obstacles; and determine a treatment plan toward achieving your goals.
