Our 21-Day Challenge is about to come to an end and it's time to see the results of all our hard (or maybe, not so hard) work.

Join us this Sunday, January 24th for our CrossFit Elevation 21-Day Challenge Wrap-Up event where Scott will have a brief presentation prepared for everyone and we'll get your measurements and weight locked in. Please be sure to bring the journals you've been logging everything into as well.
