Nutrition Seminar

Oh man, are we excited to introduce you to Elizabeth Fritzler! She's here to share with us her wealth of knowledge on what it is to feed an athlete and nurture optimal nutritional health. This is a hands-on seminar in which we'll be guided through making a meal, meal prep, and meal consumption.
