Nice job yesterday everyone working through the hero WOD.  For those of you that are new to Crossfit, hero WODS are created to honor a man or a woman who has fallen in the service of our country.  They are designed to be tough and grueling workouts.  The workout "Ship" is named after Sergeant Prescott Shipway who served in the Canadian Forces Light Infantry and was killed on 9/7/08 in Afghanistan. The rounds and reps of this workout are done in remembrance of the date of his death.
