5 rounds for time of:

11 Deadlifts @ 225/155# 11 Pushups (hand release) 11 V-Ups

Scale these deadlifts so that you can plow through eleven in a row. Better to finish and think you could have done more than to Bomb out with sets of 3. This one should be sub-8 minutes.
