With Halloween quickly approaching this weekend we thought we'd have some fun with our Friday Night Lights classes this week. Joaquin's cooking up a special Halloween themed WOD for you all and we encourage everyone to come dressed in a (functional) costume to workout in. Costumes not required, but it makes for some great photos if you do wear one. ;)
