We needed the weekend to work out a few glitches in the new scheduling.

Calendar change: Community Day will now be held this Saturday, October 8th. The Pound-4-Pound competition will be held the following Saturday, in which some of our own athletes are competing. We don't want you torn between your life outside the gym and your life in the gym, so allow us to provide you this opportunity to merge the two! Bring your people (family, friends, partners, neighbors, Tinder dates) to Community Day this weekend, and together we'll go support our competitors at Pound-4-Pound next weekend.

Here are the two new changes to the scheduled programming: Barbell Club/WOD will now be held Wednesday at 10 a.m. and Thursday night at 6:30 p.m. Sunday at 10 a.m. will still be a full hour devoted to barbell skills and maximum efforts. 

Open Gym hours begin today, Monday, October 3, available to those who choose it as an add-on service to their membership. 

If you haven't heard from a coach yet about the new pricing and programming structure, you will within the next couple days. Thank you for your patience and support during this time of transition.
