Happy Tuesday! A few important announcements:
Did you see Monday's email from our fearless leader Scott? If you missed it, here's the most important thing you need to know: Starting on October 1st, all members will be asked to pre-register for WODs on ZenPlanner. Here's what Scott had to say:
"With all the amazing growth recently, we also experience some obstacles. The biggest one right now is SPACE. In particular, our evening 6pm class can get a little crazy. Therefore we will be moving to an RSVP system in order to provide the best possible experience while you are in the facility for classes.
In our current configuration we feel that 10 students is the most we would like to train at one class time.
We will implement this new system starting on October 1, 2014. Until then, please make yourself familiar with the ZenPlanner system and the reservation capabilities that it has. We will also write up a tutorial on how to sign in for classes and a few other guidelines for reserving, waitlisting and canceling reservations."
If you have any questions or concerns about this new process, please don't hesitate to talk to a coach. You guys are awesome and we are so grateful to have such an amazing and growing community!
SPEAKING OF COMMUNITY! Next Saturday, September 27 is the Girls Gone Rx competition at CrossFit Eminence in Thornton. Gemma, Jaclyn, Theresa, Jamie, Kristine, Hannah, and Coach Claire will all be competing, and we would love some support from the Elevation Nation! The competition goes roughly from 9-3, so mark your calendars and try to make it out to cheer on these awesome ladies!
